I found map keys to be easy because It is Identifying what you are trying to find on different parts of a map, by using colors and shapes. I found scales hard. When I was working on my project and trying to make a scale for my imaginary place, I was really confused, and I struggled with the overall gist of things. Basic map skills are important to learn because, if you ever need to read a road map, or maybe you have to make a map for a future job, Either way it’s good to have been able to understand It at an earlier age.
Sofie, I agree with you when you say that these skills are necessary in the future for transportation and more. Although I am slightly confused on the part about how you were struggling to make a scale, was it confusing how to map it out or to make it work with the other parts of your map?

I also liked how you said you could use them in future jobs, and you went into depth about what kinds of jobs like making a road map. I agree that scale is probably the hardest but the part about why it’s the hardest was hard to understand.
